從事環境科學與工程專業的教學和科研工作，在大氣污染化學、大氣顆粒物化學等領域展開基礎性研究工作，主要研究大氣顆粒物形态特征及分布規律。在《Atmospheric Environment》、《中國科學》等期刊上發表文章。
